- State fees for registration – 350 PLN;
- Legal address – required for company registration. We provide an address to our clients for 100 PLN/month;
- PESEL number – identification number in Poland;
- Electronic signature – can be in ePUAP format (state-issued) or on a physical carrier. We assist our clients in obtaining the signature.
- Payment of 0.5% of the share capital to the tax office – for example, if the minimum share capital is 5000 PLN, the amount to be paid will be 25 PLN.
- Registration in the CRBR register – the central register of beneficial owners, mandatory before opening a company bank account. We can assist you with this process. Service cost: 400 PLN.
- VAT and VAT EU registration – for certain types of business activities, company registration in the VAT and VAT EU systems is required. We also offer assistance with this. Service cost: 400 PLN.

There are several types of taxes; let's break down the most important ones:
- CIT (Corporate Income Tax): 9% for companies with annual revenue up to 2,000,000 EUR.
- ZUS (Social Security Contributions): The percentage depends on the employment contract and salary level. For an exact calculation, it is recommended to consult with an accountant or HR specialist.
- VAT (Value Added Tax): VAT rates depend on the type of goods and services. The standard rate is 23%, but there are reduced rates of 8%, 5%, or 0% for certain goods and services.
- PIT (Personal Income Tax): This is the income tax for individuals, including sole proprietors. It is calculated based on income generated from business activities. The percentage depends on the selected tax system, ranging from 2% to 32%.
